Ingredients
2 cod fillets
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chili oil
Green onions for garnish
Preparation
1. Prepare the Sauce:
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, garlic and chili oil.
2. Steam the Cod:
- Place cod fillets in a steamer basket. Brush with the sauce and steam for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
JIm Suggests: Serve over steamed rice and garnish with sliced green onions and any remaining sauce
