Ingredients

  • Cod fillets

  • Breadcrumbs

  • Fresh herbs (like thyme and parsley)

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon zest

  • Garlic powder

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Mix breadcrumbs, chopped herbs, lemon zest, and garlic powder in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil until moist.

  • Place cod fillets on a baking tray and top with the herb mixture.

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the topping is golden and the fish is cooked through.
