Cod fillets
Breadcrumbs
Fresh herbs (like thyme and parsley)
Olive oil
Lemon zest
Garlic powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix breadcrumbs, chopped herbs, lemon zest, and garlic powder in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil until moist.
Place cod fillets on a baking tray and top with the herb mixture.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the topping is golden and the fish is cooked through.
