Ingredients
Cod loin steaks
Olive oil
Minced garlic
Butter
Fresh parsley
Lemon wedges
Preparation
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Brush cod steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
In a small pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
Drizzle garlic butter over grilled cod.
