About the Recipe

Ingredients
8 oz pasta (spaghetti or your choice)
1 fresh tuna steak, diced
1/4 cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Preparation
Cook the Pasta:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Tuna:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add diced tuna and cook for 2-3 minutes, just until the tuna is seared but still pink inside. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine:
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir in the basil pesto until well combined.
Serve:
Plate the pasta and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
