Ingredients
2 fresh tuna steaks
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ripe avocado, diced
1 small tomato, diced
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Preparation
Prepare the Tuna:
Brush the tuna steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Make the Salsa:
In a bowl, combine diced avocado, tomato, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro. Gently mix and set aside.
Grill the Tuna:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the tuna steaks for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare (adjust cooking time based on your preference).
Serve:
Place grilled tuna steaks on a plate and top with avocado salsa.
