Ingredients

  • 2 Haddock fillets

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Lemon slices for garnish

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the Haddock fillets in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Garnish with lemon slices and extra parsley before serving.
