Ingredients
2 Haddock fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon slices for garnish
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Place the Haddock fillets in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with lemon slices and extra parsley before serving.
