Ingredients

  • 2 Haddock fillets, cut into strips

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • Corn tortillas

  • Toppings: shredded cabbage, avocado, salsa

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Dredge the Haddock strips in the flour mixture.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  4. Fry the Haddock strips for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  5. Serve in corn tortillas topped with cabbage, avocado, and salsa.
