Ingredients
2 Haddock fillets, cut into strips
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Corn tortillas
Toppings: shredded cabbage, avocado, salsa
Preparation
In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dredge the Haddock strips in the flour mixture.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry the Haddock strips for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve in corn tortillas topped with cabbage, avocado, and salsa.
