Ingredients
Salmon fillet
Fresh herbs (dill, parsley)
Lemon slices
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Place the salmon fillet on a plate suitable for steaming.
Season with salt and pepper, add herbs and lemon slices on top.
Steam for about 10-12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
Jim Suggests: Serve with steamed Broccoli & brown rice and add a drizzle of olive oil & fresh herbs
